I'm thankful
for: The men that are my
sons!!

These men have grown to be individuals that any man would be proud
to call Son. I'm fortunate and thankful for the unique individual
of each and the common bond they share of being good, honest, fine
men to know.
I was very, very conscious of my elder son when I wrote this. Brought to the marriage by Sheila as a full grown man with children of his own. I consider him Son, though I certainly don't expect or "demand" that he consider me differently than a "step-father". How he views me is HIS choice, I choose to consider him as a son (NOT "step-son", I don't choose to buy into "step...." labels.). Bryan & Adam are men that I had the extreme pleasure of raising and of course influencing. The pleasure I derive from their behavior as full grown men is beyond any abilities of expression that I possess. I'm thankful for "my three sons"!!!
